| Position Requirement: |
- 能夠理解並執行公司所有經營理念，配合公司各項行銷政策的實施，維護客戶關係；
- 負責店鋪運營過程中毎個環節的把控，負責貨品進、銷、存及流轉的統籌管理；
- 根據公司發展方向對店鋪員工進行指導，根據店鋪需求進行人員的培訓和人才的管理，提高店鋪整體工作效率；
- 妥善處理顧客投訴和門店日常工作中其他突發事件；
- 完成公司交辦的其他工作任務 。
任職要求：
- 5年零售管理經驗；
- 參加過市場行銷、客戶關係管理的相關培訓，熟悉店鋪管理培訓流程；
- 具有較強的店務管理經驗，精通團隊管理、客戶管理、商品管理、陳列管理、物流配送；掌握大客戶行銷及談判技巧優秀；
- 具有親和力，較強的人際溝通及表達力、服務意識強，有良好的心態及抗壓力；
- 酒類行業相關工作經驗優先。
