| Position Requirement: |
- 設計、修訂倉儲管理制度，規範作業流程，優化內部流程，並確保其有效實施；根據倉庫管理制度，對庫存做到帳目清晰、定期進行倉庫盤點，確保庫存資料的正確性；
- 制定部門每月工作計畫，帶領督促員工完成目標任務，對各項工作制度的執行情況進行跟蹤檢查；
- 制定倉庫安全標準，做好防雨、防火、防盜、防潮、防災的現場管理工作，及時排查各種隱患；
- 推行倉儲5S管理，制定倉庫規劃，實現場地、物料、人員、倉儲設備的合理規劃，並加以控制；
- 及時的成品入倉及快速的成品發貨運輸，快速成品周轉；
- 合理規劃部門的崗位設置，為部門員工構建良好的工作平臺；
- 完成上級交辦的其他工作。
任職要求：
- 5年以上倉儲相關工作經驗；有物流管理、流程優化、團隊管理、目標管理等基本知識
- 熟悉倉儲管理業務流程以及倉儲管理業務知識；具備規劃能力，能對企業貨物進行合理的儲位規劃；
- 很強的計畫，組織，協調，溝通以及應變能力；有創新思維；人才培養能力；有分析思維；
- 積極的態度，抗壓能力強、較強的溝通和表達能力、有效的團隊協作能力。
