工作職責：
- 帶領團隊工作，管理及監督前線人員日常操作，負責整合人員和工作流程。
- 處理緊急事件、客戶查詢及投訴，提供有效的解決方案，為客戶提供優質服務。
- 監管物業/設施/服務的整體運作，按需要為物業規劃及採購有關服務，包括清潔、各項設施的維修保養及優化等。根據合約條款，監控承辦商的表現，以確保工作符合相關條例和法規、公司的政策及標準，為所有利益相關者提供安全和高效的環境。
- 獨立處理日常文書工作，適時向上級提交報告。
- 與各方保持良好的人際關係。
- 執行其他臨時任務。
要求︰
- 大專畢業或以上程度
- 熟練電腦操作
- 良好中、英文書寫及會話能力，懂普通話更佳
- 心思周密、積極主動、有責任心，具有良好的項目策劃/管理和溝通能力
- 熟悉物業法例
- 3年以上物業主管級工作經驗
如條件略遜者將被考慮應聘為助理物業主管。
