What’s the role?
The Senior Event Manager role will be a full time role, based in Macau, the candidate will work with the operations teams to plan, execute, and deliver digital and live events.
What will you do in this role?
The candidate will work closely with clients and operations team to develop and execute experiences and activations for various clients ranging from insurance, banking, beauty, and educational sectors. The candidate will work with internal teams and external partners including technical vendors, creative designers, venues, and other suppliers in preparing and delivering events and campaigns.
Who are we looking for?
The candidate should have extensive experience with planning and executing multi-faceted, complex integrated events (virtual, hybrid and in-person) within a company or agency. Client servicing, project coordination, budget control, and communication skills are required. Candidates with experience managing diverse project teams and having held previous leadership roles will be an advantage.
You will need to have:
- Language skills (Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese)
- Ability to multi-task in a time-pressured environment
- Willingness to work independently and display project ownership
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, regions and with vendors
- Develops and manages relationship with clients and teammates
- At least 5 years of experience (either as an in-house event planner or in an agency)
