- 監督店鋪的日常運營，包括名冊、日常管理等
- 領導、監督和指導團隊提供高標準的服務
- 與營銷團隊合作制定和實施營銷活動計劃或促銷優惠
- 為管理評審提供定期分析和狀態報告
- 確保商品庫存及用品充足，管理及監督商品陳列
- 通過倉庫管理和相關設備，確保倉庫處於最佳佈局以實現最高效率
- 出貨管理作業、規劃流程、安排出貨、確認出貨文件、貨況追蹤、異常處理、貨損理賠
- 密切監控物流及家品店團隊的表現，管理並優化制度、制定流程及規章制度及管控成本
- 協助店鋪及倉庫的管理工作
Requirement
- 具5年或以上零售、供應鏈、倉儲運營、物流管理行業經驗
- 具2年或以上銷售、採購管理經驗者優先
- 有禮貌，以客戶服務為導向，性格開朗，良好的溝通技巧
- 優秀的人際交往能力、管理能力和解決問題的能力
- 精通POS及電腦知識
- 精通英語、粵語和普通話
- 具良好的商業觸覺及策略性的思維
