前堂部 Front Office 值班經理 Duty Manager - 始終如一地提供專業、友好和優質的服務
- 以提供資訊和説明的方式協助客人瞭解酒店的設施
- 處理客人投訴和其他相關問題，並向前堂部經理報告
- 建立和維護積極的客戶和顧客關係
- 確保所有前堂部的人員配置和安排合理
- 保持一個高效、有組織的工作空間，隨時鼓勵提高生產力
- 設定部門目標，並為實現這些目標制定行動計畫
- 與員工溝通（解決問題，分配工作職責，提供盡可能且合理的方式來完成工作）
- 及時完成日常任務
- 根據需要履行一般的辦公室職責（發送/回復電子郵件、電話、表格輸入及歸檔等）
- 良好的英語和中文口語能力
- 履行指定的相關職責
