大數據支撐技術主管 工作職責： - 負責大數據相關系統規劃與建設
- 負責數據治理與業務稽核支撐建設
- 負責營銷標籤、專題分析等應用
- 負責各類傭金政策支撐與稽核等
- 負責數據安全能力升級與加固等
- 負責數據域系統優化、運營管理
職位要求： - 計算機、數學等相關大學本科及以上學歷，三年以上大數據開發經驗
- 熟悉大數據基礎架構和平臺技術，具有基於Hadoop、Hive、Flink、Spark等大數據開發經驗
- 熟悉數據建模，有數倉或數據湖方案設計經驗，熟悉Java、Python、SQL等程式設計語言
- 對業務和數據敏感，較強的業務理解、數據洞察與分析能力，優秀的技術和業務結合能力
- 積極主動，敢於擔當，較強的團隊溝通、協調能力
- 具有電信行業大數據中台建設、數據治理者優先
