運營保障支撐技術主管 工作職責： - 負責運營平臺規劃建設，進行系統健壯性、風險性評估，制定應急流程與解決方案
- 負責PaaS平臺建設，持續完善平臺元件服務能力
- 負責維護私有雲、公有雲資源平臺，優化並保證平臺的可靠性、可用性
- 運營產品交付質量評估，分析運維出現的問題，制定交付質量管控流程
- 負責運維團隊管理，溝通、協同業務部門、部門內各中心的運維支撐，保障系統穩定運行
職位要求： - 大學大學本科及以上學歷，計算機相關專業，至少3年以上的IT行業工作經驗，有電信行業經驗者優先考慮
- 熟悉IaaS、PaaS相關技術原理，熟悉容器、微服務、DevOps等技術；掌握Nginx、Tomcat、Redis、Zookeeper、Kafka、Mysql、Prometheus等幾種開源技術元件使用
- 熟悉Linux系統、虛擬化集群部署，具有部署、災備、升級、管理等；精通和靈活運用一種以上的指令碼語言
- 具備較強的發現、分析和解決問題的能力，對攻關疑難問題具有強烈的興趣，具有良好的技術文檔編寫能力
- 具有較強的責任心和學習能力，良好的協調溝通能力
