雲網技術售前支撐技術主管 工作職責： - 負責雲網類和數據中心類產品的售前解決方案編制及宣講工作，協同銷售經理挖掘和跟進客戶上雲商機
- 負責雲網類數據中心類產品的客戶方案實施，包括整體方案管理、上雲及遷雲的技術實施
- 負責跟踪業界主流公有雲及專有雲產品架構變化和特性梳理，對現有的雲網產品提出改進建議
- 負責已實施項目的用戶培訓、售後維護、巡檢、應急回應，聯繫技術人員解決問題
職位要求： - 大學本科或以上學歷，計算機或通信相關專業
- 具備 2 年以上雲網實施、應用遷移、數據中心相關技術和項目管理經驗
- 具備良好的方案編制及整理、團隊合作精神和溝通能力
- 具備相關專業國際認證優先
