Assistant Store Manager
Job Highlights - Manage overall business performance
- 5 years retail sales management / business planning
- At least 1 year experience at managerial level
- Experience in Fashion or streetwear is highly preferred
Job Description
- Formulate and implement business strategic plans to drive sales, maximize profits and achieve business targets
- Manage overall business performance, optimize retail operation efficiency and ensure the team achieve sales target and provide excellent shopping experience to customers
- Monitor excellent customer relationship through understanding the customers’ needs and handling customer’s complaints and queries
- Boost user engagement & customer retention by monitoring and communicating with customers on social media channels
- Lead and motivate the store team; and create the optimal environment to ensure team and individual development, and succession
- Establish and maintain the highest standard of store environment
- Train and coach the sales team by providing appropriate feedback in order to increase sales performance
- Foresee problems and implement modifications to existing operation procedures accordingly in order to keep pace with the changing trends and uplift the operation efficiency
- Work closely with internal departments to drive business aggressively
- Prepare sale data report for sale performance review and co-work with other team.
Experience / Qualification Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Fashion/Clothing/Merchandise/Retail Operations or related disciplines
- At least 5 years working experience in fashion retail industry and proven track record in managing multi-stores with significant sales achievement
- Strong business acumen, analytical skill and numerical sense
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with track record in leading a sizable workforce
- Proactive, energetic, independent and drive for excellence
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
