To cope with our rapid growth, we are looking for high caliber individual for the following position:

F&B Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities :

• Report to the Head of F&B Retail Department
• Responsible to develop and execute workshops to promote retail sales
• Establish and maintain high standard of retail interactive environment and customer engagements
• Monitor daily shop operations, staffing and ensure a good working environment
• Ensure retail stock levels are adequate, keeping constant communication with buyers and frontline staff
• Coordinate marketing and promotional functions
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team while building a high performing collaborative, resilient and supportive team culture
• Handle assigned ad-hoc duties

Requirements :

• Post-secondary education or above
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in front line retail
• Experienced in workshop management
• Strong motivation skills, fast pace and multi-task handling
• Excellent people management and customer engagement skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
