Job Description 職位描述： 確保所有設備處於良好的工作狀態，符合工程標準 每天準備項目管理工作清單 通過日誌簿向上級每日匯報當班期間所有非常規事件以及糾正問題所採取的行動 負責公司範圍內的各類維修和保養工程工作 對現有的系統提出改進建議，從而優化該系統的運作效率和經濟節約 協助處理緊急的突發事件，以避免對公司營運造成任何干擾，並儘量減少對客人的影響 制定更經濟的運作和維修保養計劃 監督外部承包商對機房或設備的相關工作 確保公司整體建築及內部的設備平穩、持續運作 定期實施火災報警檢測 執行與職責有關的其他工作
Requirements 職位要求： 具設施管理或工程學士學位或相關學歷程度 至少 3 年或以上相關工作經驗 具酒店相關經驗者優先考慮 能操良好廣東話及普通話 注重團隊合作，刻苦耐勞
