Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing multiple projects, and working closely with all stakeholders and partners. This position will drive the project’s progress, ensuring costs and time schedules.
• Responsible for the testing and commissioning is completed and ready for handover to the client. This will involve working together with the contractors and utilities to install the appropriate solutions.
• Lead a project team for carrying out multiple project assignments
• Establish good relationships with clients and sustain long term relationship
• Undertake and prepare a request for proposal and issue tender documents on behalf of the company
• Lead tender analysis, cost comparison, and tender submission
• Assisting and reporting to General Manager for a full turnkey project for inception to complete
• Control Project cost, milestone, and quality of the project
• Undertake paperwork and report work as per standard process
• Smoothly delivery of projects as a project team leader
• May required to work outside normal office hours

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronics or Electrical Engineering or related disciplines;
• Minimum 8 years above relevant working experience in E&M project management;
• Able to manage multi-tasks and project operations with minimum supervision in a fast pace environment;
• Good knowledge of engineering and project management skill is an advantage;
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility, good sense of service, and cooperation;
• Proficient computer knowledge including MS Office Applications and AutoCAD;
• Customer-oriented and good communication skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proactive and able to work under pressure.
