| Position Requirement: |
- 每週固定核對店鋪收款情況, 如有少收、未存入,皆有及時追收店鋪, 並能把財務要求傳遞給店鋪遵守
- 每週根據日報表和銀行流水核對自收銀店鋪的現金和各類收款 (刷卡、支付寶、微信支付等)，確保資金及時準確回籠
- 商場收款的店鋪,每月核對商場回款發票, 確保商場退款與店鋪當月銷售數一致
- 仔細閱讀並記錄商場活動及零售部發出的推廣優惠活動內容，按MEMO要求審核銷售單折扣及店鋪操作，如發現少收銷售款，折扣錯誤，應及時準確追回
- 每月核對店鋪收入後, 整理各店應收表及刷卡核對表
- 按各部門同事申請, 開出對公司客戶的銷售/收益發票
- 定期追蹤與客戶、商場的應收款情況, 透過發郵件提供月結單追問客戶付款日期並定期向上級匯報應收款情況及帳齡。(郵件以英文為主)
- 應收組需跟進的資產負債類科目都能有計劃並每月跟進整理每一科目應有的最終明細帳目(account schedule), 如發現錯誤時能及時調整帳目
- 月結時能按時完成帳目及銀行所有收入的核對，確認帳目的準確性及準時性
- 跟進應收同事款項︰超額領用服裝/制服津貼、盤點失貨賠償等
- 每月初整理上月Sales Target report (香港區)
- 參與店鋪盤點及突擊檢查工作
職位要求:
- 大專或以上學歷, 具兩年以上相關工作經驗優先
- 熟悉澳門財務會計政策、法規
- 具有良好的溝通協調與學習能力、嚴謹、細心且具責任心
- 熟悉MS Excel
