Responsibilities:

• Oversee the whole operation of all branded restaurants and stores in Macau.

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve business targets in terms of profitability, service standards, and business development

• Monitor and supervise the staff performance to ensure they provide quality services to customers

• Assist in setting up new operations and formulate operations plan to ensure successful opening within the required timeline and budget

• Liaise and collaborate with internal departments to evaluate business performance and ensure action plans roll-out effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of work experience in Catering Operations with proven track record in supervisory level and people development

• Good business acumen with strong sense of quality customer service

• Self-motivated, passionate, a good team player with positive and a can-do working attitude

• Strong in leadership and problem-solving skills

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
