為泳池區域內和周圍身處困境的任何人提供協助或使其得到恢復 •隨時監控泳池的活動情況協助進行急救 •按照既定的清單和標準，高效全面地清潔指派區域 •了解度假村服務部的設施，包括設備維護和便利品的存貨補充 •能夠接待客人為其介紹設施，包括各種水療設備或泳池設施的使用方法 •遵從所有的安全和維護程序，包括及時準確地報告任何異常或可疑事件、危險情況或危險人物、投訴，以及遺失和受損的物品 |
