| Position Requirement: |
- 根據總行以及分行業務發展需要，制訂分行年度市場開拓的計劃；
- 根據銀行政策的變化明確市場開拓努力方向，帶領分行內部員工採取多種措施完成銀行的市場拓展任務；
- 全面負責分行內部員工及各項工作事務的開展及管理，確保任務指標的完成；
- 配合及協助總行提出的其他工作要求。
條件要求 :
- 8年或以上銀行業的相關工作經驗；具備較豐富的分行中層或管理經驗，3年或以上銀行市場行銷經驗；
- 具有良好的市場拓展能力、組織管理能力和溝通協調能力；
- 具備一定的社會關係、客戶資源和市場資源，市場拓展能力及目標執行能力；
- 具備出色的領導管理才能和良好的金融業管理理念，熟悉先進的管理模式；
- 過往經驗較弱者可先考慮為分行副行長。
