| Position Requirement: |
- 協助上司處理辦公室日常事務工作；
- 完成上司的工作安排，包含會議、公司活動、客人接待及商務旅行等；
- 妥善完成各項目資料的收集及檔的草擬、整理、審批發佈及存檔工作；
- 按上司要求，對接澳門政府、商會、行業協會及其他社團，處理對外聯絡及外部公共關係維護事宜；
- 與内部各部門聯繫、溝通日常工作進度；
- 負責辦公室設備的保管、維護及办公环境的维护等工作；
- 主動、積極、有效地完成上級交辦的各項工作；
- 因工作所需，要臨時加班及出差。
職位要求﹕
- 大學及以上學歷；
- 具有2年行政助理或秘書相關工作經驗；
- 有較強的溝通協調能力和人際關係处理能力；
- 具备一定的抗压能力，能适应较高强度的工作环境；
- 勤奮敬業、工作積極主動、富有責任感；
- 熟練應用MS Office等電腦軟件，具備良好中英文聽寫能力者優先。
