| Position Requirement: |
- 協助上司處理辦公室日常事務工作；
- 完成上司的工作安排，包含會議、公司活動、客人接待及商務旅行等；
- 負責撰寫或校對以公司名義上報外發的綜合性的文字材料，按上司要求起草公司會議材料；
- 按上司要求，對接澳門政府、商會、行業協會及其他社團，處理對外聯絡及外部公共關係維護事宜；
- 妥善完成各項目資料的收集及檔的草擬、整理、審批發佈及存檔工作；
- 負責會議籌備、通知並記錄、整理、存檔會議紀要；
- 積極、主動、有效地完成上司指派的突發任務和工作；
- 內部各部門之間工作的協調、上傳下達；
- 因工作所需，要臨時加班及出差。
職位要求﹕
- 大學及以上學歷，中文類、管理類專業優先；
- 3年以上秘書工作經驗；
- 有較強的溝通協調能力和人際關係处理能力；
- 較強的學習能力和執行能力，具備良好中英文听说读写能力，能熟練使用MS Office等辦公軟體；
- 工作積極主動、認真細緻、责任感强，做事邏輯清晰有條理；
- 寫作能力好，善寫公文；儀容整潔大方；
- 因工作所需，要臨時加班及出差。
