| Position Requirement: |
- 協助集團高管處理重要行政管理工作，包括參謀、建議、執行、協調、監督等；
- 協助集團高管推行新的計畫、專案或管理制度，參與新的計畫、專案或管理制度的制定，並跟蹤其實施情況；
- 參與公司的大型公關或者商務活動的策劃、組織工作；可獨立處理重大突發事件；
- 負責對接澳門政府、商會、行業協會及其他社團，處理對外聯絡及外部公共關係維護事宜；
- 負責協調公司部門內部、部門之間的關係，解決爭議；
- 負責組織撰寫或校對以公司名義上報外發的綜合性的文字材料，起草董事長會議材料；
- 積極、主動、高效地完成集團高管指派的其他工作和任務；
- 因工作所需，要臨時加班及出差。
職位要求﹕
- 重點大學以上學歷，工商管理、中文、法學、金融類等相關專業優先；
- 8年以上大中型企業相關工作經驗，有上市公司董秘工作經驗優先；
- 學習能力和執行能力強，具備優秀的中英文聽說讀寫能力；熟練操作 MS Office等電腦軟體；
- 抗壓能力強，具備在高強度的工作環境下，主動去發現問題、處理問題及解決問題的能力；
- 具備優秀的溝通協調能力及人際關係處理能力，能站在公司管理層的角度考慮問題；
- 做事認真細緻、有責任感，邏輯清晰有條理，具保密意識；
- 文筆好，善寫公文；儀容整潔大方。
