- 負責人力資源的管理工作，完善公司管理策略、政策和制度，致力提升公司綜合管理水平；
- 領導公司之招聘活動、員工培訓、績效評估等工作；
- 實施人力資源政策和程序，確保公司的政策和程序符合本地法規；
- 根據行業和公司發展狀況，參與制定人力資源規劃和薪金調整；
- 制定人力資源領域的分析及報告，以進行管理決策；
- 負責公司員工關係管理，協商和處理勞資糾紛；
- 管理日常公司行政工作及舉辦公司活動。
職位要求：- 大學畢業或以上學歷，主修公共行政、人力資源等相關專業優先考慮；
- 具 6 年或以上相關工作經驗及 3 年或以上管理經驗；
- 良好的中英文寫作及溝通能力；
- 精通澳門勞動關係法及外僱法；
- 熟悉人才招聘及培訓制定方法；
- 具有較強的管理能力及良好的溝通協調能力。
