| Position Requirement: |
- 負責APP的用戶運營，圍繞用戶增長、促活目標，制定符合業務發展的用戶運營策略，並推進落地執行；
- 對運營指標負責，搭建用戶運營模型，包括但不限於用戶RRM模型、用戶生命週期等；
- 負責用戶精細化管理，通過用戶畫像、用戶特徵分析，完善用戶標籤庫體系；
- 通過分析市場、產品、用戶數據提出增長策略，控制運營節奏，促成運營目標達成；
任職要求：
- 具備3年及以上用戶運營經驗，對平臺運營體系有深入理解並有成熟的方法論；
- 有用戶成長體系，會員系統，權益系統等運營經驗者優先；
- 具有較好的邏輯思維能力，較強的溝通表達能力；
- 外賣團購平臺運營經驗優先，學歷本科及以上，條件優秀者可放寬。
