崗位職責：
- 對所轄區域運力搭建、規劃、對區域服務品質負責；對所轄區域運力進行精細化管理；
- 車手管理：日常管理和培訓（新人培訓和標準化服務培訓）
- 根據公司總體經營計畫目標合理分解到區域，推動並確保各項經營管理指標的順利完成；
- 線下與其他部門協同，做好供需平衡，確保提供運力服務；協助公司完善各項SOP；
- 通過多維度眾包數據分析；參與策劃、運營，通過一系列運營策略增加運力，增強運力彈性；
- 對平臺、商戶、騎手溝通與維護，妥善處理突發事件及危機；保障商戶、用戶體驗，樹立良好的公司形象；
任職要求：
- 本科以上學歷，專業不限，有管理經驗優先；
- 具備出色的溝通能力、協調能力、執行力強；
- 工作認真，有上進心和責任心，抗壓能力強，能吃苦；
- 注重團隊協作，有強烈的團隊意識；
- 歡迎應屆實習生 / 畢業生，吃苦耐勞，可培訓上崗。
