| Position Requirement: |
- 在服務部長的帶領下，按照餐廳服務規程和服務標準，做好餐前準備、餐中服務及餐後結束工作，熟悉茶市、飯市、酒席的檯面和器具的擺設，並能熟練操作；帶領客人入座，並根據客人的口味主動介紹和推薦各種菜肴和酒水；在服務過程中密切關注客人需求，熟記客人的習慣和喜好，並注意不斷改進工作流程，不斷提高服務品質；接聽客人的訂餐電話，熟記酒店的產品、功能表、酒水和當日供應，主動介紹和推銷各種菜肴和酒水；在服務期間，要做好與其他侍應生的配合工作，並相互幫助；收市後，及時做好樓面的衛生清潔工作。
- 保持儀容儀錶的整潔，面部笑容恰當，熱情規範的為客人服務。
任職要求：
- 忠於企業，有較強的敬業精神和事業心；品德優良，廉潔自律，遵紀守法；具備較強的溝通協調能力、應變能力、執行力和服務意識，熟練運用各類電腦辦公軟體為佳。
