| Position Requirement: |
- 保持與其他部門的聯繫，傳送有關表格和報告，執行房卡（鑰匙）的領用制度、簽到制度；
- 對客借物品進行登記，並及時收回；保管種種設備和用具，並編寫建檔，定期清點；
- 隨時掌握房態，準確無誤地輸入電腦，並與前臺保持密切聯繫。遇有特殊事項，及時向主管報告；
- 及時通知樓層領班即將抵店或離店的貴賓，旅行團的房號；
- 每日做好24小時維修統計工作，及時更改和填寫維修房情況和客房加床的顯示記錄；
- 及時將客人投訴報告領班、樓層主管和經理並做好記錄；
- 了解管家部内部工作程序，掌握管家部日常管理知識；
- 需24小時輪班工作。
職位要求：
- 中學程度；
- 能操英語者優先考慮；
- 具一年或以上於酒店行業內有接單員相關經驗者優先；
- 良好的溝通與待人接物技巧；
- 熟練掌握英語和普通話會話，協調客房部日常行政活動，包括接電話和派送人員，滿足所有客人的要求
