3年經驗;職業技能:懂電腦文書處理。;專業資格:具三年或以上物業管理或保安督導工作經驗。
每日工作8小時,每週工作6天,當值時間:09:00 至 18:00,當中休息時間(小時):1
$12,000-$14,000/按月
負責督導物業管理及客戶服務工作； - 編制值班表，監督及評核屬下員工，確保其工作表現達標； - 監督服務承辦商表現； - 巡視物業，確保所有設施運作正常； - 處理客戶查詢，跟進投訴及處理緊急事故(包括正常辦公時間以外)； - 具領導能力及團隊精神； - 談吐有禮，具良好客戶服務態度； - 主動與業戶接觸，維持良好關係。 |
