職責： - 確保回應客人要求以確保客戶得到及時的關注
- 負責處理酒店客戶來電及轉接電話至相關部門
- 保持對所有公司產品，政策和程序的最新知識，並及時了解即將發生的活動，以確保向我們的客戶提供準確的信息
- 回應客戶諮詢，協助客戶提供關於酒店、餐廳及水療的預訂資訊
- 及時處理信函並及時更新系統信息
- 準確記錄、處理客戶和相關部門的請求和消息
- 保持電話服務的表現，與團隊合作以取得福布斯5星標準
- 精通所有消防安全的標準和程序，具備應急措施和上報主管或管理層的意識
任職要求： - 大專畢業或以上程度
- 具客戶服務或客戶專線中心工作經驗者優先
- 禮貌、服務至上及開朗的性格，良好的接線禮儀和溝通技巧
- 熟悉Microsoft 文書處理，如Word 及Excel
- 具流利的英文、廣東話及普通話會話能力
- 良好的溝通能力及聲線
- 儀表整齊，形象專業
- 如有特別需求，自願於任何日子和更次工作，包括週末、節假日
- 室內工作，在度假村範圍內不定調動
