| Position Requirement: |
工作範圍- 協助處理服務中心會計、人力資源工作及支援中心的運作。
- 建立有效的財務運作模式及行政工作系統；
- 與財務部有緊密的工作聯繫去處理日常的財務事宜及有關報告；
- 負責處理同事的假期記錄及其他有關人力資源等事務；
- 與其他救世軍服務單位協調處理有關文件傳遞及其他行政事務；
- 負責文件存檔、會計及簿記；
- 支援中心主任有關行政及秘書事宜；
- 負責其他由中心主任指派的工作。
入職條件：
- 中學畢業或以上學歷；
- 具基本會計簿記知識及電腦操作知識；
- 良好中文程度(包括書寫及會話)及基本英語能力。
