工作內容 Responsibility:
- 負責接待顧客,並提供專業的維修意見及高質的維修服務
Handle general customer enquiry, provide professional service advice and quality service to the customer
- 跟進汽車維修進度並與顧客適時溝通
Follow up the working progress and keep update the customer during the repair period.
- 向顧客解釋維修工作內容及收費項目
Explain the work contents and related charges to customer
- 按照顧客的需要,銷售合適的售後服務產品
Upsell After Sales products based on customer’s needs
工作要求 Requirements:
- 高中畢業、熟悉電腦及中英文打字 (歡迎應屆大學畢業生)
Secondary education or above with computer knowledge (fresh graduates are welcome)
- 操流利廣東話及一般英文/國語
Fluent in Cantonese, general command in English and Mandarin
- 具客戶服務經驗者優先考慮
With customer service experience is an advantage
- 持有澳門汽車駕駛執照B牌(私家車) 者優先考慮
With Macau driving license category B is an advantage
