Position Requirement: |
主要職責 :
- 負責草擬、存檔、整理總經理所有的簽、發文件;
- 負責滙總、審核集團各部門工作計劃和各類文件;
- 協助組織、安排公司各類會議,做好會議記錄,整理會議紀要 ;
- 對總經理的外來文書及電話進行處理及跟進;
- 負責催辦、回復各部門的工作任務;
- 掌握總經理的行程安排, 並做好預約工作;
- 完成總經理交辦的其他或暫時工作;
職位要求:- 限女性, 大學畢業或以上學歷, 公共行政或工商管理相關專業優先考慮;
- 三年或以上總經理秘書/助理相關經驗;
- 熟悉各類辦公室軟件(Microsoft Office、 Outlook等);
- 良好粵語、普通話及英語讀寫能力;
- 有責任感、能獨立處事、工作細緻及團隊意識強,
- 較強的溝通協調以及語言表達能力。
