Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional secretarial & administrative support to Management Team;
- Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese word processing;
- Organise meetings and schedule appointments, arrange rooms booking and conference facilities;
- Organise travel arrangement and accommodation for business trips;
- Coordinate with operation teams to create job codes, raise invoices and consolidate information for statistical reports;
- Perform any ad hoc assignments.
Requirements:- University degree holder or above
- Experience working in a professional service firm or a multinational corporation is an advantage;
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing;
- Mature, Self-motivated, well-organised, detail-minded, multi-tasking and able to work independently;
- With good communication skills
