Job Description 職位描述： 執行上級指令，具體落實各項工作 協助監督員工的儀容儀表和服務態度，以確保符合公司的服務標準 根據公司及部門的營運守則及程序，有效協助上級管理餐廳 處理日常行政事務及協助編更事宜 對員工進行定期培訓和考核，提高員工的服務水平 協助監控菜式的出品質素，與廚房保持密切聯絡 留意客人用餐的情况，妥善處理投訴，並及時向上級反映客人意見和要求
Requirements 職位要求： 高中畢業或以上學歷程度 至少 2 年或以上相關工作經驗 餐飲或相關領域文憑者優先考慮 具良好中文、英文溝通和書寫能力 優秀的人際關係能力 能培訓、監督和指導員工執行與餐飲相關的任務
