大學畢業或以上學歷，主修公共行政、人力資源等相關專業優先考慮 - 具 6 年或以上相關工作經驗及 3 年或以上管理經驗; 如少於3年相關管理經驗者，可考慮為行政人事主任
- 必須熟悉澳門勞工法例
- 具備良好的英文及中文溝通能力
- 熟悉運用 MS office 軟件，包括 EXCEL 表格操作及函數公式運用
- 有運用人事系統經驗優先
- 具備獨立處事能力、有責任心及親和力
