| Position Requirement: |
- 接聽電話，處理客人投訴與協調配送餐品流程，解答客人問題及跟進服務；
- 紀錄客人提出的任何意見，並與技術部門反映，從而優化客人的點餐體驗；
- 與相關部門協調商店上架程序，並與商店保持良好溝通；
- 完成管理層所指派的其他任務。
職位要求：
- 具備危機處理能力、富責任感和團隊合作精神;
- 有積極樂觀態度，良好人際關係及溝通協調技巧；
- 能操流利粵語和普通話，聲音清晰，說話流利，有客服經驗優先考慮;
- 熟悉電腦操作。
