Position Requirement: |
接聽電話,處理客人投訴與協調配送餐品流程,解答客人問題及跟進服務;- 紀錄客人提出的任何意見,並與技術部門反映,從而優化客人的點餐體驗;
- 與相關部門協調商店上架程序,並與商店保持良好溝通;
- 完成管理層所指派的其他任務。
職位要求:
- 具備危機處理能力、富責任感和團隊合作精神;
- 有積極樂觀態度,良好人際關係及溝通協調技巧;
- 能操流利粵語和普通話,聲音清晰,說話流利,有客服經驗優先考慮;
- 熟悉電腦操作。
