Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to, recruitment and employee movements.

• Manage and update job advertisement postings on online media platforms and newspapers.

• Screen job applications, shortlist potential candidates and coordinate the interview and recruitment procedures.

• Prepare employment contracts and create effective onboarding plans for newly hired staff.

• Implement HR policies and procedures according to legal requirements.

• Prepare employment permit application for importation of non-resident workers or for renewal of their Non-resident Worker’s Identification Card, and manage quotas for skilled / non-skilled labour.

• Coordinate with labour agencies for the application and processing of work permits at the Macau Immigration.

• Handle non-resident worker's issues, including but not limited to, validity update, cancellation of Non-resident Worker’s Identification Card.

• Maintain an up-to-date and accurate headcount summary, and assist in recruiting new staff to fill job vacancies when necessary.

• Engage in ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Holder of bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Human Resources Management).

• At least 3.5 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources.

• Detail-minded and strong sense of responsibility.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven experience in dealing with non-resident worker's issues and well-versed in labour ordinance and application procedures of labour quota.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Good interpersonal skills, well-organised, willing to learn and able to multi-task.
