Job Responsibilities:
• Perform all-round HR duties with specialization in Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations.
• Manage all administrative duties including HR movements, on-board process, disciplinary actions and other HR reports.
• Support in maintaining the leave management, staff personal data and personnel file records to ensure that all data are updated in a timely manner.
• Execute the employee relations activities including exit interviews, progress disciplinary actions, etc.
• Assist in organizing and implementing programs in order to build and strengthen the employee’s morale and loyalty.
• Support other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
• Degree or above holder majoring in Business or HR Management.
• At least 2 years’ experience in C&B and ER, with all-round HR experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude, outgoing and able to work independently.
• Ability to communicate and build relationships with all levels of employees.
• Detailed-minded and has strong team spirit.
• Immediate available is an advantage.
