Key responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of administrative support
- Contract database and customer agreement management
- Follow up customer orders and update sales record
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Prepare written responses to routine inquiries, source reliable goods/services supply, issues purchase orders and order confirmation follow up
- Source reliable goods/service supply and monitoring the progress of purchase orders
- Provide administrative support to Management and resolved administrative enquiries
- To assist in coordinating company events and trade exhibitions
- Ad hoc duties and other office support duties as assigned
Requirement:- Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience
- Good command of spoken and written in both English and Chinese
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
