職位內容- 確保達成商店的銷售目標及關鍵績效指標, 和營運效率
- 領導,監田督並培訓團隊,為客戶提供優越出色的購物體驗並建立客戶忠誠度
- 管理, 監督部門及店鋪的日常營運, 包括不限於政策和程式的實施, 庫存控制, 盤點管理等的統一安排
- 在部門及店鋪中實施, 重溫所有涉及的市場推廣優惠等促銷
- 與內部不同部門互動, 為店鋪層面的銷售活動. 業務推廣計畫和商品計畫的有效實施作出貢獻
- 提供有關標準操作流程和人員發展的結構化回饋
- 對部門店鋪的銷售預測進行不同的分析, 以供上級管理層審查
- 確保快捷並準確的處理收銀機交易
- 監督並確保店鋪的所有業務流程能有效率的運作
職位要求- 具5 年零售行業相關經驗, 其中3 年管理美容和化妝品, 香水店鋪經驗為佳
- 具領導才能, 解決問題和決策之能力
- 正面且有活力的個性
- 良好的溝通技巧,出色的演說能力及優良的客顧服務技能
- 自我激勵，獨立性強，並具抗壓力且能同時段執行多項任務之能力
- 良好策劃能力， 對資料有較強分析力， 對生意業績數字意識強
- 良好中英文讀寫能力， 能操流利普通話者更佳
- 在店鋪內工作並需要輪班 |
