Responsibilities: - First in charge of the store
- Develop and execute the boutique client development vision
- Lead the development of excellent client relationships
- As a coach for team and drive team to achieve sales targets and KPI’s
- Strong knowledge of the our brand and boutique business
- Co-work with Management Team to develop effective client strategies to ensure the development of client relationships
- Ensure reports on market intelligence
Requirements: - Macau ID holder
- 8 years of luxury retail experience with at least 3 years in management level
- Outstanding customer relations management skills and solid client base
- Strong knowledge of W&J industry
- Good command in English
