| Position Requirement: |
- 為公司管理層提供全方位的專業行政技援；
- 為公司管理層安排會議、出差行程、計劃會議行程；
- 陪同公司管理層出差，作會議記錄；
- 管理公司管理層的差旅單據及報銷，建立出差記錄及出差報告；
- 接待訪客；
- 處理公司管理層之私人及協會的事項；
- 撰寫新聞稿、演講稿、自傳等各種文章；
- 處理其他由公司管理層臨時交帶的項目；
職位要求
- 工商管理及其他相關科目的學士學位或同等學歷；
- 4年或以上公司管理層秘書經驗；
- 中英書寫能力強；英語、普通話流利；
- 熟悉Microsoft Office軟件應用；
- 良好溝通及人際關係技巧；
- 願意異地出差；
- 靈活、成熟、有上進心、注重細節、組織能力強；
- 擁有誠信和保密的高專業標準；
- 能在時間緊迫的限期內獨立完成工作。
基本底薪：18000-30000 MOP / 月
福利待遇：13個月糧，跟政府假期，含有醫療保險和退休基金，年假12-20天
上班時間：星期一至五，周末雙休
