| Position Requirement: |
- 協助處理辦公室的行政工作，為公司管理層提供全方位的專業行政支援；
- 熟悉公司的運營工作，對公司各部門的運作有一定的瞭解，如公關部、人事部、財務部、採購部等；
- 協助起草新聞稿、演講稿、自傳、計畫書、活動講稿等各種文章；
- 撰寫政府書信來往公函等；
- 會議前準備，編寫會議記錄；
- 負責接待和招待公司內外的賓客；
- 協助組織及策劃內部活動，安排、舉辦公司每月生日會、周年和團建等活動；
- 協助上級做好公司各部門之間的協調工作，並完成上級交代的其他工作事宜。
職位要求
- 大學畢業或以上學歷，工商管理、新聞系、傳意、公共關係及其他相關科目的學士學位或同等學歷；
- 具２年或以上行政、新聞、傳意或公共關係相關工作經驗優先；
- 中英書寫能力強；英語、普通話流利；
- 熟悉撰寫各類公文寫作；
- 熟悉Microsoft Office軟體應用 (包括Word, Excel 及 PowerPoint)；
- 主動積極、良好的書寫及溝通能力；
- 具責任感及能在壓力下工作；
- 擁有誠信和保密的高專業標準；
- 能在時間緊迫的限期內獨立完成工作。
基本底薪：16000-20000 MOP / 月
福利待遇：13個月糧，跟政府假期，含有醫療保險和退休基金，年假12-20天
上班時間：星期一至五，周末雙休
