| Position Requirement: |
- 參與制定公司長期營銷戰略，擬訂公司年度銷售計劃，確保完成公司年度銷售目標、市場目標、利潤目標等；
- 負責公司產品的市場開發、業務拓展、銷售運作，能強有力的將計劃轉變成結果；
- 負責與客戶的聯繫及維護固有客戶，積極建立新客戶關係，提升客戶滿意度；
- 負責對市場容量、需求變化、行業動態、競爭狀況、客戶反饋等做定期分析和匯報；
- 負責項目跟蹤管理，組織項目實施和技術支持相關工作；
- 組建公司銷售團隊，負責銷售人員的考核和管理工作。
任職要求：
- 本科以上學曆，營銷或廣告相關專業優先考慮；
- 兩年或以上銷售相關工作經驗；
- 年齡要求35歲以下，流利粵語，普通話，英語均流利聽說寫；
- 具有較強的組織協調能力、團隊管理能力和執行力；
- 具備目標績效管理、過程控制、合作發展以及沖突管理等方面的知識與實踐技巧。
