Assistant Accountant
Responsibilities:
Handle daily Accounts Payable functions, including but not limited to managing accounting records,
payment vouchers and expenses reimbursement.
Assist in month-end closing process, group consolidation and cost analysis for management review
Handle day-rate labourers’ monthly payroll.
Maintain effective internal control systems, and ensure compliance with the Group’s Accounting
policies as well as local statutory requirements.
Coordinate with external auditor and tax consultant for year-end audit and tax computation.
Requirements:
Diploma holder in Accounting or relevant disciplines; with LCCI intermediate qualification in Book
Keeping and Accounting.
3 years’ commercial accounting experience, preferably from construction industry
Proficient in MS office (e.g. Excel and Chinese Word Processing), experience in using Epicor is highly
preferred.
Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-minded.
Responsible, independent team player and able to work under pressure.
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese.
