| Position Requirement: |
- 負責對公司確定的研發項目藥學研究的規劃、管理和實施工作，保證項目符合法規要求和按計劃進行。
- 協助部門負責人制定公司發展規劃，篩選或引入新研發項目。
- 參與公司計畫或確定的研發項目調研，提供建議並協助完成。
- 負責的項目，涉及對外合作時，實行合作單位篩選。
- 負責對項目支出進行管理和控制，使其符合預算的要求。
- 負責對項目相關文件、物資、器械等資源進行調配，使其滿足項目正常進行的需求。
任職要求
- 本科及以上學歷，中藥學、藥學、化學等相關專業。
- 五年以上藥品研發項目管理經驗。
- 熟悉《藥品管理法》、《藥品註冊管理辦法》等法規和操作流程，瞭解國內中成藥研究發展與現狀。
- 具備獨立完成中藥（創新藥、經典名方）藥學研究項目經驗。
- 具備國外藥品註冊實踐經驗，有歐美藥品（植物藥）註冊經驗者優先。
- 澳門籍貫和常住澳門者優先。
薪酬福利
藥學經理：15-28k澳門幣/月
