| Position Requirement: |
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulate and implement business strategic plans to drive sales, maximize profits and achieve business targets
- Manage overall business performance, optimize retail operation efficiency and ensure the team achieve sales target and provide excellent shopping experience to customers
- Assist management in development of distribution network
- Assist in the planning and development of an effective organization structure and operating system
- Work closely with internal departments to drive business aggressively
- Design strategic promotions and incentive programs to drive the sales
- Provide training and coaching to enhance the team and store performance and service standard
- Prepare reports, analysis, forecast and relevant information for Management team and Principals
QUALIFICATIONS
- Higher Diploma or above in Fashion/Clothing/Merchandise/Retail Operations or related disciplines
- At least 5 years managerial experience in luxury fashion retail industry and proven track record in managing multi-stores with significant sales achievement
- Strong business acumen, analytical skill and numerical sense
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with track record in leading a sizable workforce
- Proactive, energetic, independent and drive for excellence
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
