岗位职责： 熟悉CS和IMS核心网。 为客户提供系统维护，问题处理和新需求以及新服务的定制和交付工作。 CS与IMS核心网故障管理: 系统故障/警报处理无效, 网络事故支持和处理, 客户投诉案例处理。 CS与IMS核心网的网络升级: 主要软件升级, 软件更新（补丁）, 硬件固件升级和更新, 业务验证测试与监控。 项目协调和支持, 日常健康检查，CS和IMS核心网的KPI检查。
岗位要求： 有计算机，通信，等科相关专业教育背景, 5年或以上相关CS/IMS核心网工作经验,获得CCNA证书是优势。 有责任心和激情，待人真诚，具备团队合作精神，愿意在一定压力下工作，有良好的学习能力和创造性。 有良好的客户服务意识，良好的人际关系沟通和维护技巧。 有良好的中文和英语表达能力。
