1) Deliver excellent food and
beverage services to our members and their guests in Western premium dining
restaurant.
於西式高級餐廳內為我們的成員及其客人提供優質餐飲服務
2) Be responsible for smooth and
efficient service flow of the assigned section in the restaurant.
負責在被指派的餐廳區域內維持流暢及有效率的服務
3) Lead the set-up and decoration
work of the restaurant.
帶領團隊設置及佈置餐廳
4) Train new staff members in
accordance to established guidelines.
根據公司設立的指引指導同事
5) Keep the service standard at
top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfactions.
維持服務於頂尖水準，及取得客人最高度的滿足感
6) Maintain the high level of
hygiene and quality standard for the restaurant.
確保餐廳衛生、食物及服務水準達至最高水平
Requirements 工作要求:
1) 5 years' related restaurant
experience in hotels or clubs, preferably in Western Cuisine operations.
須具有至少5年於酒店或會所的相關工作經驗，以西餐營運經驗為佳
2) Good command of spoken
Cantonese & Mandarin is required, with basic spoken English is a bonus.
以良好廣東話及國語溝通，懂簡單英語溝通可獲優先考慮
