職責 Responsibilities:

• 處理出入口及報關事宜；

  To handle the import and custom declaration;

• 接聽電話並將來電者轉給有關方；

  To answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party;

• 執行日常辦公室行政工作，包括將文件排序存檔和將數據資料輸入系統；

  To perform other administrative support works including sorting files; filing and data input into system

• 遞送文件到政府部門及相關合作公司；

  To deliver document towards our related business parties and government.

• 參與並處理被分配的緊急事項

  To participate in ad-hoc duties as assigned

資格 Qualifications:

• 中學畢業或以上；

  Secondary school graduate or above;

• 操流利廣東話,懂英語及普通話優先；

  Good command of spoken Cantonese, basic English and Mandarin is advantage;

• 有物流經驗優先；

• Experience in logistic is preferable;

• 熟練的電腦技術和操作一般辦公室設備的能力；

  Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment;

• 願意學習，有上進心、責任心並且能夠獨立工作；

  Willing to learn, self-motivated & responsible and able to work independently;

• 注重細節；且能同時處理多工作業；

  Strong attention to detail & multi-tasking;

• 良好溝通技巧；

  Good communication skill;

• 有車牌及具有電單車者為合

  Macau car license and motorbike are needed

• 經驗較少的申請者將被考慮為初級營運助理

  Candidate with less experience will be considered as Junior Operation Coordinator
