| Position Requirement: |
- 積極主動全面负责項目造價和合同價值評估。
- 能根據招标文件、施工图纸要求，结合施工组织设计，完成招投標工作。
- 负责做好各类工程量计算底稿、计算依据等原始资料的整理、保存，以保证所有工作的可追溯性。
- 熟悉工程合約條文及相关条款，充分利用其中的有利因素编制施工预算及成本控制，为项目增收创造条件。
- 制定整體商務計劃，監督合同的執行，項目控制和成本預算，有效管理相關風險；與項目團隊緊密合作，以預防可能造成的經濟損失。
- 完成上級指派的其它任務。
職位要求﹕
- 處事嚴謹、細心及有條理。
- 有耐心及良好的溝通技巧，處事公正，為人正直。
- 具 5 年或以上大型項目建造經驗，熟悉工程招標流程及項目成本管理工作。
- 專科或以上文憑。
- 熟識建築工程施工規範、清單規範及圖集。
- 熟悉 MS Office 及 MS Project。
- 有良好中、英文聽寫能力。
